If you’re building a career in paid media, you’ll need the right PPC career advice to decide whether to start (or stay) in an agency role or move in-house. The job titles sound similar — PPC Manager, Paid Media Specialist, Performance Marketing Manager — but the responsibilities, pay, and career paths can be very different.

  • Focus deeply on one brand and strategy.

  • Narrower exposure to industries.
  • Slower learning curve compared to agency work.

Lessons From My Interview
